We will schedule an appointment to come to your home/storage unit to photograph and measure your pieces and discuss general pricing. Appointments can take up to 2-4 weeks to get on our schedule.
BMES will then send an email with the descriptions for your items and proposed pricing for approval.
Once the pricing is approved, we will move the items into our online queue to be posted and promoted.
Once the item sells, we will coordinate pick-up between the buyer and the seller.
Belle Meade Estate Sale will accept payment on your behalf, and then pay you 80% of the sale price and keep 20% commission.
Any offers below the posted price will be discussed with the seller and mutually agreed upon.
